+++ IP Firewall interface is introduced, this interface can be used as standing alone class or be attached to TCP/UDP listener for automatic incoming management of incoming connections.

+++ Fixed possible crash on NULL for net::Address class if 'const char *' address parameter was NULL.

+++ New method 'set_address' for net::Address class to make it easy to change address without a need to make a copy from newly constructed.
