Binary

Suitable for any commercial use of iAuxSoft products. Royalty-free, per title, per platform. Upgradable to Source license without money loss, e.g. paid price for Binary license is deducted from the price of Source license. Source code is not provided. Static linkage is allowed. Frequent non-public product updates. Can be obtained by legal entities or individuals.

Binary Royalty-Based

This is similar to Binary license but without initial substantial investment. The price per product is 70 EUR without regards to number of supported platforms. The royalty interest rate is at fixed 5% from the revenue of commercial activity of the licensed title. Royalty rate is applied per single iAuxSoft product, per title. This type of license can be converted into a Binary license using 2x multiplier applied to a total Binary license price. Can be obtained by legal entities or individuals.

Example:

• Developer has low initial budget and decides to choose royalty-based Binary license to save on initial costs and hedge the risk of failure for the title. Chosen iAuxSoft product is: iAuxSFX: audio engine. Supported platforms are: Windows and MacOSX.
• Total initial costs at a moment of commercial release of a title will be: 70 € for iAuxSFX, e.g. 70 € in total only.
• Licensed title sales launched and revenue of 6000 € is obtained.
• Developer pays to iAuxSoft: 300 € for iAuxSFX, e.g 6000 € * 5%.
• Developer decides to remove royalty base, e.g. convert to royalty-free Binary license and avoid regularly paying to iAuxSoft from any future revenues.
• He pays to iAuxSoft one-time fee: 2800 € + 1400 € multiplied by 2, e.g. 8400 € in total.

Source

This license provides access to the source code of iAuxSoft products. Royalty-free, per title, per platform. Source license does not provide access to the source code of the tools and low-level core libraries. Can only be obtained by legal entities.

Non-Commercial

For all non-commercial projects or educational purposes the use of iAuxSoft libraries and tools is completely free of charge! We only require a notice about iAuxSoft products usage in project documentation, or displaying of our product logo on your website. The technical support is provided for all registered users by means of forum and a bug tracking system. Updates are freely available through the download page.
